BUILT BY AN ENGINEER, FOR ENGINEERS
A founder-led platform shaped by functional safety work, structured AI workflows, and production-grade software engineering.
Aegis SafeForge started with a firsthand frustration. Muhammad Aashir spent years doing ISO 26262 functional safety work and kept running into the same wall: powerful standards, weak tooling. Analyses lived in spreadsheets. Traceability was manual. Review status was a shared inbox.
The problem was clear. Waleed Aman, CTO and full-stack engineer with five years of production SaaS experience, came on board to build the solution and turn the research vision into a scalable, team-ready platform.
SafeForge is that product. A governed workspace where teams move from project context to reviewed, audit-ready outputs without losing ownership, traceability, or engineering judgment along the way.
"Safety engineers are not short on expertise. They are short on time to apply it. I built SafeForge to remove the administrative weight so teams can focus on the decisions that actually matter."
Muhammad Aashir, Founder
Every output is structured so engineers can inspect, approve, and defend decisions in real programs. Not just generate text.
Built around real standards: ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 61511, IEC 62278, IEC 62425, CLC/TS 50701, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304.
AI accelerates the first draft and grounds outputs in project context. Engineering judgment stays with the people doing the work.
The Team
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PLATFORM
A founder with deep safety engineering expertise, and a developer with the production software experience to build it right.
Muhammad Aashir
Founder & AI / Safety Lead
Functional safety engineer with an M.Sc. in Functional Safety Engineering from the University of Kassel. Deep hands-on expertise in ISO 26262, HARA, FMEA, FTA, and ASIL classification. His master thesis on AI-driven risk classification became the technical core of AegisSafeForge.
Waleed Aman
CTO
CTO and full-stack software engineer with 5+ years building production SaaS at Hyperscience GmbH (Berlin) and Kindermann GmbH (Bavaria). Specializes in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and AWS, turning the research vision into a scalable, team-ready platform.
